Released on January 16th 1998 to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Nissan Skyline. It came with the same RB26DETT, ATTESA-ETS, HICAS four wheel steering and interior upgrades as the “standard” R33 Skyline GT-R. only a few hundred were produced and they only came in metallic grey, pearlescent purple, and white. Nismo also tuned them. Their upgrades included the front splitter, rear wing, and 18in wheels. The engine got a upgraded turbo and intercooler, good for 380hp.

I recently found out these were rejected for Show & Display, but from what I can tell they meet the criteria for it. For some odd reason I want one.

96-98s are eligible to be federalized under a registered importer, but I don’t think anyone is actually doing that right now. Someone else can correct me if necessary.

I think there’s one place that does it. After buying all of the stuff they needed off motorex not long after they were shut down. No idea on the number of them they import though
